UNICA at COP30 – “The role of biofuels as a strategy to energy transition”

Building on the Global Stocktake and the UAE Consensus, this panel will discuss how biofuels can accelerate the energy transition at the heart of the global climate agenda. Reaching the target of tripling renewables by 2030 demands not only technological innovation, but also diversified energy sources, stronger financial mechanisms, international collaboration, and harmonized regulations.
